Laser cutting process

Laser cutting has many advantages over traditional methods such as EDM. Besides its cost-efficiency, it can also handle extremely complex parts, leaving burr-free edges, it is reliable, repeatable, and an excellent solution for prototypes and short run production.
In addition, working with a laser beam means no tool contact (or tool wear), no tooling costs or limitations, and more flexibility in part configuration.  More importantly, it means savings on materials and substantially fewer secondary operations.
